On the eve of the throne speech Canada joins Asia-Pacific Partnership

The founding Partners of the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate warmly welcomed Canada as an official Partner on 15 October, 2007. Canada joins Asia-Pacific Partnership on the eve of the throne speech.
